VSU International Forum focuses on human rights and democracy

The Virginia State University (VSU) will hold its 10th International Forum on Monday, Nov. 24, 2008, at 9:55 a.m. in Colson Auditorium, Harris Hall. The Forum will be inaugurated by Dr. Weldon Hill, VSU Vice-President for Academic Affaires. The Forum will address some of the most important and pressing issues for the new President of the United States and for the international community: “The U.S. Democracy and Human Rights Agenda: Challenges of Globalization and International Implications”.
The keynote speaker will be Mr. David Kramer, Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor.
